De Leo Textiles President Craig E. De Leo stresses leadership flexibility as an important factor in future company strategies.
“Success will come from watching costs carefully and being a step ahead of competition with appropriate product and better service,” De Leo said. “To do this, you need to work as a team, have solid, but flexible, leadership and most importantly, create a culture from top to bottom that yields success through common goals, work ethic, and vision.
“Supply chain issues, logistics, energy and labor costs continue to hamper fabric producers,” he noted. “World conditions have sent all suppliers to the U.S. which is creating very competitive conditions and saturating the market.”
